It is a customized caoching sessions for total of 6 sessions (one session per week for total of 6 weeks) to help eliminate the major limiting beliefs for achieving success and desire goals. I had 2 sessions with Connie and after both I felt better! I live in Mexico and we did it online and the results were fast and a noticable difference shown up in my life.
